Remember me talking about this beautiful dress a few posts back?
Well, I went and bought it, and I was SO excited to try it on when it arrived!
But,
SADLY,
it really didn't look very good on me. I can't upload a photo of me wearing it because
1. The fitting was all wrong and not entirely flattering.
2. The red was more orangey than I expected and tbh I didn't like it that much.
3. And worst of all, I could not find a way to wear it with a bra since the dress has such a low-back.
I tried. I got my mum's bra fixing kit out to lower my straps...And couldnt lower them far enough. The alternative was to not wear a bra at all...which for me, really isn't an option, if you would like to know.
So that was my ordeal! Which didn't go entirely to plan.
But hey.
I know there are loads more beautiful dresses out there for me, which look much better on me, and are much easier to wear.

ReplyDeleteCan't believe it didn't fit properly! It looked so pretty.
Oh well, there's no point forcing yourself to like and wear something that you dont really like.
Sigh, as you say, there are PLENTY of other dresses out there that'll fit like a glove :D
